The estate Flache Sornay is a family vineyard of about 10 hectares.
Transmitted from generation to generation it si located in the heart of the "cru" Morgon.
Corinne et Vincent Flache have been exploiting thi vineyard since 2001 on wich are produced two appellations MORGON and BEAUJOLAIS, from the unique grape Gamay black with white juice.
Our vines, well exposed to the rising sun and to the south, and are maintained carefully during the whole year using conservation-conscious methods. We practice the reasoned fight and the grassing.
The average age of our vines is 50, but the oldest vines date back to 1926.
The grapes of each lot are manually harvested at the optimum of maturity and the entire grapes will be prepared by traditional Burgundy methods.
We favor long vatting (10 to 15 days), favoring the expression of the terroir.
Our wines constantly win awards in the important competition of great French Wines in Mâcon and are suitable for long storage.
